ITIL® 4 Foundation will give you the basic prerequisites to work with IT service management. During the course you will get an understanding of  ITIL® 4’s service management framework and concepts, and you will learn how ITIL® supports modern technologies and ways of working. The course can be finished with the international ITIL® 4 Foundation certification.

The purpose of the course is to introduce the participants to running a modern service supported by IT, to give a basic understanding of ITIL® 4’s notions and concepts, and to illustrate how ITIL® 4 can improve your work as well as your organisation's work.

The course is a two-day class course with English-speaking instructor, English course material and English exam.

The teaching is based on an interaction between theory, problem solving and group work. It intensive and participants should set aside time for homework during the course.

The course is aimed at IT Professional employees and managers.

After the course you will understand the key notions of ITIL 4, the service management aspects, ruling principles, value chains and processes.

The participants must have a general knowledge of IT and an understanding of their own company.

The book "ITIL® Foundation, ITIL 4 edition" is not required, but it is recommended to read it. If you haven't got the book, it can be ordered here.
